I had a memorable dinner with my mother celebrating my birthday. The hospitality from the staff made the evening feel special, and I appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake they provided. We visited on a weekday when the restaurant was calm, but I learned that weekends are much busier with more food options. It was a wonderful experience during this stay. I enjoy quiet moments like these, especially with family, as we often miss those living in Europe.
Breakfast options were limited and not self-serve, which was inconvenient at times. |Some pool areas felt unsafe for kids due to lack of supervision.

The Prestige Room was spacious, with a big 82-inch bed, a writing desk, and nice balcony views. The large bathroom had a tub and walk-in shower. The pools were awesome, especially the private pool for our villa. The gym was well-equipped, and the spa facilities included a hot tub and steam room. The staff were super friendly and attentive.

The supportive staff made the experience memorable, with a special mention for Mr Aftar, who promptly resolved an issue. The spacious pool-view room featured a comfortable layout and a bathtub, perfect for family use. I loved the variety of room service options, especially the homemade pasta, which was a delightful surprise. However, the location is somewhat isolated, requiring taxis for city access, and accessibility might be a concern for those without a vehicle.

Clean and spacious villa.
The service at this so-called resort is appalling. I booked a One-Bedroom Upper Floor Villa and found it lacking basic amenities like plates and bowls, making self-cooking impossible. Despite multiple calls for housekeeping, nobody showed up to clean or replace our towels, which I had to chase down repeatedly.
